Healing & Hope Circle is a confidential virtual support group for women who have experienced difficult, controlling, or harmful relationships and are seeking emotional support, safety, and healing.

[What Participants Can Expect]

Participants will have a safe and supportive space to share, listen, reflect, and build emotional strength. The group will focus on:

• Healing and safety
• Self-care and emotional well-being
• Healthy relationships
• Rebuilding confidence

• For: Women seeking healing, safety, and emotional support
• When: Fridays, 10:00–11:30 AM
• Starts: July 10, 2026 (4 weeks)
• Format: Virtual | Strictly Confidential
• Language: Korean
• Cost: Free

치유와 희망의 서클은 힘들고 통제적이거나 해로운 관계를 경험하고 정서적 지지, 안전, 치유를 원하는 여성들을 위한 비밀 보장 온라인 지지 그룹입니다.

[참여자들이 기대할 수 있는 내용]

참여자들은 안전하고 지지적인 공간에서 자신의 마음을 나누고, 듣고, 회복하는 시간을 갖게 됩니다. 본 그룹은 아래의 핵심 주제를 중심으로 진행됩니다:

• 치유와 안전
• 자기 돌봄 및 정서적 안정
• 건강한 관계 맺기

• 대상: 치유와 안전, 정서적 회복을 원하는 여성
• 일시: 매주 금요일 오전 10:00 – 11:30
• 시작일: 2026년 7월 10일 (4주간)
