세션 1: 발표 기초 & 자신감 형성
중점: 중학생 대상 참여형 스킬 트레이닝
목표: 창의적 자기 표현이 개인적·학업적 성취로 이어짐을 경험하고, 기초 발표 훈련과 자신감 형성 연습을 시작합니다.
세션 2: 의사소통의 기초 다지기
중점: 핵심 발표 기술
목표: 명확한 발음, 톤, 바디랭귀지를 강화하고, 상호 활동과 또래 피드백을 통해 실습합니다.
세션 3: 심화 발표 & 자기 표현
중점: 전달력 심화 훈련
목표: 고급 청중 참여 전략을 익히고, “왜?”라는 자기 탐색 질문을 통해 명확성·용기·진정성을 키웁니다.
세션 4: 스토리텔링의 힘
중점: 발표에 스토리텔링 적용하기
목표: 7가지 핵심 스토리텔링 기법(배경, 인물, 여정, 갈등·위기, 전개, 관점, 보여주기 vs. 말하기)을 배우고 발표에 적용해 봅니다.
세션 5: TED-스타일 발표 & 최종 쇼케이스
중점: 배운 내용을 종합적으로 적용
목표: 스토리텔링과 고급 발표 기술(예: The Power of the Pause™)을 활용해 3분 TED-스타일 발표를 자신 있고 완성도 있게 선보입니다.
Confident Public Speaking & Leadership Workshop
Communication skills are just as essential for success as math or English. To stay competitive in the future, children must be able to express their ideas with confidence. With over 10 years of global teaching experience, I help students rapidly improve their presentation skills and self-confidence.
Leadership begins with learning how to form your own convictions and communicating them with clarity and impact. We’ve successfully taught these skills for over a decade, from Seoul to San Diego, Beijing to Boston, New Delhi to New Jersey. Our public speaking course integrates critical writing, persuasive thinking, and confident delivery. Students engage in drills and creative expression exercises, culminating in a formal presentation, competition, and awards ceremony.

Session 1: Intro to Public Speaking & Confidence Building
- Focus: Participatory skills training for middle schoolers.
- Goal: Show how creative self-expression leads to personal and academic success. Begin practice drills and foundational confidence-building exercises.
Session 2: Building Communication Foundations
- Focus: Core speaking skills.
- Goal: Strengthen clarity, tone, and body language through interactive exercises and peer feedback sessions.
Session 3: Advanced Presentation & Self-Expression
- Focus: Going deeper into delivery.
- Goal: Master advanced audience engagement strategies while practicing introspective “Why?” prompts to build clarity, courage, and authenticity in speaking.
Session 4: Storytelling for Impact
- Focus: How to use storytelling in public speaking.
- Goal: Explore the 7 fundamental storytelling techniques (setting, character, journey, stakes, arc, POV, show-don’t-tell). Begin applying them toward public speaking.
Session 5: TED-Style Talk & Final Showcase
- Focus: Bringing it all together.
- Goal: Apply storytelling and advanced speaking tools (e.g., The Power of the Pause™) to deliver a polished, confident 3-minute TED-style talk.
